Regaining my Scrap Groove

It has been awhile yet again, but I have been trying to get the scrap groove back.  It has been coming, thanks to inspiration from Tim Holtz and Ranger.  I have recently really been trying to take time to scrap and these are two places that I seem to visit the most.  But then again how could you go wrong with seeing what Tim is up to. is something I created this week.

Using the spring color palette challenge colors from Ranger I created this card.  Mustard Seed, Salty Ocean, Mowed Lawn, and Walnut Stain Distress Ink, Olive and Coffee Archival Ink, Kraft Glassine paper, Coredinations Tim Holtz Distress paper, Prima Flowers, some ribbon and chipboard, oh and some Rock Candy Stickles... I made a little butterfly or bird out of a Prima Flower and a heart shaped piece of chipboard, oh and the stamps are Wendy Vecchi Studio 490.  I used two different Sizzix Texture Fades to emboss the Coredinations paper, and of course I inked it all up.  So much fun, and I for the most part used all scrap paper.

So, I will try to be here more often to share what I have been doing.  Hopefully my next post will be of my Scrappy Hole all finished.  Stay tuned, but for now, never give up and never surrender, hop on my friends hop on.  Bunny
